Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Strivaro collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our platform, and the rights you have over your information.
Who we are
Strivaro provides the coaching platform described across this site. For data relating to your coach account, Strivaro is the data controller. For the client information that coaches add to the platform, the coach is the controller and Strivaro acts as a processor on their behalf.
Information we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, and business name when you sign up.
- Client data — information coaches add about their clients, such as profiles, goals, training and meal plans, check-ins, and progress entries.
- Usage data — basic logs and device or browser information used to operate and secure the service.
- Payment data — subscription and billing details, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use your information
We use personal data to provide and maintain the service, process subscriptions, keep the platform secure, communicate important service updates, improve our features, and meet our legal obligations.
Legal bases for processing
We process personal data on the bases of performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving Strivaro, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. See our GDPR notice for details relevant to EU and UK users.
Sharing and service providers
We share data only with trusted service providers that help us run Strivaro — including cloud hosting and database/authentication infrastructure (provided by Supabase) and our payment processor — under appropriate data-protection agreements. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to improve the platform, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can delete client records in the app, and you may ask us to delete your account data.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us. Coaches can action many client requests directly within the app.
Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security that isolates each coach's data from others. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
International transfers
Where personal data is processed outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it in line with applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the revised version here. For any privacy question or request, contact us or email strivaroportal@gmail.com.
